We like to use flushable wipes, but our new build is on a septic system and wipes are not an option, so we elected to install bidets throughout the house and one in the shop.Shipping/Packaging: This item was installed in the shop. We are still in the construction phase of the house and shop, so we had the item delivered to my daughter’s house which is close to the construction site. It was shipped via FedEx signature required. They delivered it with a significant hole in the side of the box, but the shipping damage did not adversely affect the appearance of the toilet except for a scratch to the backing of the glass on top and a small scratch mark on the bowl. I contacted Uncle Brown’s customer service via email and they responded with a solution to the scratch and state that they will ship out a new glass piece.Installation: Our plumber read through the included instructions and utilized the included template and parts then proceeded to install it without issue. As a matter of fact I had made a trip to the hardware store for some lumber and when I got back it was installed and functional. I asked him about the quality and ease of installation, and he basically said it went together easy with no problems and the toilet and parts are good quality.Appearance: This is definitely a personal preference sort of thing, but I stand by what I said above. Also, everyone that has seen it - contractors and family are impressed. The grandkids also think it looks cool.Functionality: It took about 30 minutes of reading the manual and playing with the remote to figure out all the functions. My 17yo grandson and I were the first to attempt to understand all of the functions and settings. Both him and I were smiling and laughing at all the different options and operations while he held his hand over the sensor, and I covered the water jet. Once we ran through everything it was easy to convey functionality and operation to my wife and others. Easy-peasy. I can’t speak about longevity, but for the short amount of time we’ve been using it – all users report great results and comfort!Customer Service: Communications with customer service has been mostly email, but I have also been able to talk on the phone directly with a human (something that seems rare these days). Prior to making the purchase I was able to request and receive manuals, installation instructions, and answers to the possibility of bulk pricing discounts since I plan on installing four more of these or possibly a different model like the ST03 Pro.Overall: I am satisfied with this purchase and will purchase four more of these (or similar) from Uncle Brown.

I am very happy with the product as it looks very nice in the bathroom and performs very well.It took me about 2-2.5h to remove my existing, non-bidet, toilet and install this one. This toilet came with all the parts needed for a brand new installation, so it's "install ready" for both replacement or brand new install.The manual is very clear on how to sync the remote to the toilet and all the functions are pretty self explanatory. The nozzle position and pressure can be adjusted on the fly. I like the tankless and instant water heating function, I can't imagine using straight cold water like I have read other do when researching bidets. The instant heat is the way to go.With the nozzle positioned correctly and the correct pressure, I think the posterior wash function does a very good job.Overall, I am very happy with this unit.

We purchased three ST09P toilets in August after visiting more than a dozen stores and researching more than 30 mid-top brand smart toilets. Over the past 5 months, these toilets have been functioning exceeding our expectations - low noise but powerful and consistent flushes, comfortable and adjustable temperatures/pressure/positions whether feminine or posterior washes, thermos seat provides sufficient cushion at best comfort level, and surprisingly easy to clean the bowel simply with paper towel. More importantly, the friendly, professional and responsible crew always promptly answers my questions and serves my needs. I must say, they have provided us the best customer service experience ever.

What's not to like? This is awesome! Love the heated seat and all the other functions! This is a treat to have in my new bathroom and I am loving it! It's very streamlined, looks great in my new bathroom, highly recommend it!

I like that I can manually control the wash and dry times with the Stop button. I also like the low water usage and the height of the seat, which is taller than my old toilet.There was only 1 review for this model when I purchased it, but the reviews for the ST03 models were helpful. The seller also responded quickly to my questions. As others pointed out, drying takes awhile. I am getting used to that. The dryer always activates flush. I chose the ST09P because I didn't want the automated lid lift feature and it was less expensive than the ST03 Pro.

Installation was not difficult. Original product was damaged by carrier, contacted seller through Amazon, response time stated within 24 to 48 hours. I contacted on a Sunday, and received response within 4 hours. The seller proceeded to reship a new product that day. Received within 5 days. Concerns: manual has no contact information - no name, address, phone number, email or website. All questions or concerns have to be requested through Amazon. Also, some maintenance or instruction of operations details are vague. Overall love the product and the response from customer service!
