Did I need a teleprompter? Probably not. Am I totally going to use this LENSGO Teleprompter with my YouTube reviews so that people will think my witty jokes are off the top of my head instead of being pre-scripted three days beforehand? Absolutely! In all seriousness, this teleprompter works phenomenally, and I'm wondering how I got by without it before.It's surprisingly compact and folds down easily for storage, which is great because my filming space is… let's say, "cozy." Setting it up is simple, and it works with both my phone and camera, thanks to the different mounting options. The model I ordered (the TC7II) is designed to work with phones and cameras, which is a nice feature. 1 The app is easy to use and lets you control the scrolling speed and text size and even change the background color of the text, which is essential for keeping things natural. The reflection on the 7.9" beam-splitting glass is clear and easy to read, and it doesn't seem to affect the camera's image quality. It even has cold shoe mounts for adding accessories like a microphone or light. 2 This thing has seriously streamlined my recording process.This one is highly recommended if you're looking for a compact, easy-to-use teleprompter!

We tried to use this with our tablets and laptop, but the system wouldn't allow it. We finally used it with our Android smartphone, and that worked fine. Once we finally got the hang of this, it worked great for recording videos.

Works really well as a talking head reflection device. I have a Sony ZV-E10ii going out to a portable monitor via hdmi and it looks really good as a camera monitor. The reflection quality is slightly dim and you can see what's behind the reflection still, but it's not that bad.I found the L bracket they give you to mount the camera really awkward and never really straight. It always put a little tilt on the camera that was annoying, even after adjusting it with a hex and all.The box says it breaks down and collapses in seconds, but they don't really count the camera mount as part of that breakdown, which is odd. It takes longer to setup your device on the prompter than the prompter portion itself.Overall it's a easy to use product that could use a few updates to it's build. But for the price and what it does, it's a good product.
