The Neewer Teleprompter X14 is a high quality product at a reasonable price whenever we have to speak larger text fluently while recording video or even live and we don't want to recite the text.It mounts easily on the camera and has a stable tripod for video recording. In addition, I can mount a microphone or an LED light on the side.Conclusion: Everything is well made, sturdy, and has a practical storage case where the product can be easily stored or transported. The teleprompter is well thought out and works exactly the way it is supposed to. I am completely satisfied and think it offers good value for money.

I'm quite satisfied with the product. The build quality is impressive, thanks to its sturdy metal construction and well-designed 13-inch screen.However, there's one aspect that has left me a bit disappointed, and that's the remote control feature. To be completely honest, it didn't quite meet my expectations as it required a specific app to function.Over all the TX12 is solid metal product.

The prompter itself is very good, but clearly designed much more to handle a DSLR. I really tried to ascertain from the description if it supported a mobile phone to shoot with. It does not - at least, it doesn't come with any mounts, hardware or brackets for this specifically. I've tried to jerry-rig one from an existing phone bracket, but it's tricky to get the positioning and angle. I wish the description were clearer about this. I'm on the fence about keeping it, since this is my primary shooting method.

If you do scripted content for social media, you need this. Gone are the days of only news media or government officials needing teleprompters. Unless you have loads of time to memorize everything you're going to say in a video or in a speech, you can get a teleprompter, and your speeches/video content will be a million times more succinct, with fewer random repeated words like, OK, Uh, So, etc. You can use it to list out specific technical content so you don't have to read off of a piece of paper. This makes you look much more competent and makes your videos and speeches much more polished. Add to the necessity of a teleprompter, the price of this makes it a no-brainer. For just over a hundred bucks, this is a very good quality piece of equipment that even includes a pretty decent hard case for mobility. The included remote control gives you one-handed control of the content you're presenting, allowing you to scroll/cycle through the pages of your talk easily and quickly, minimizing gaps in the talk, and reducing the video editing time since you don't have to go back and cut these long pauses out. Overall, I really like this!

Its hard to get the full experience of the teleprompter when the app doesnt fully function. It doesnt fit larger tablets either

Must have for recording yourself! Great design and quality. It comes in a hard metal case, and the build is very sturdy. Before getting this, I had to mount my ipad slightly above my lens, but the problem is when you are really looking you can tell I'm not really looking into the lens and it looked kind of creepy. Having this, my eyes are much more natural looking and nobody can tell I'm looking at a teleprompter.
