Quality was definitely what they had in mind when making this headset. I’m a local truck driver who is in and out of my truck 10x daily. Pretty much line haul and dropping trailers 8-10 times a day. I needed a headset, but couldn’t justify spending $150-$200 on a Blue Parrot. I also needed to make sure it had decent quality. I saw some of the other reviews, so I decided to pull the trigger.When I pulled it out of the box, I could tell instantly it was a high quality headset. The build quality and comfort were unparalleled. But the real test, how was the call quality. It claimed to be noise canceling. I did a test call while at home and it was flawless, but how will it work while in my 10 year old Mack that vibrates and rattles quite a bit. We are heavy haul weight up to 100,000 lbs so our trucks to take a beating.1st day of use while on the road left me speechless. My girlfriend couldn’t hear ANY background noise at all! I made it to my destination while talking with her. I kept her on the line and went up the tarp rack to un-tarp my 53’ trailer. Even with the other trucks moving around, me untarping, and loads of background noise, she didn’t hear a thing. Crystal clear sound and zero degradation! Clarity unmatched! This brings up another point. Even when walking to the end of the trailer some 69 feet away and up above the truck, no signal loss!The buttons are soft touch and easy to press. No need to dig in there and press hard. The power button at the top also works to answer and end calls as well as activate Siri. It has all the features and quality of models far more expensive at a fraction of the cost. This is a win for anyone who needs trucker and I highly recommend it!

I recommend this wireless headset for tele-work/remote workers! I use this wireless headset as my work headset. The durability of this headset is incredible as heavy usage has been used over the past year! The headset sits well over my head and it has a soft pad on the inner part of the headband for comfort. I work four 10 hour shifts throughout the week and have this headset on the entire time. The battery life has been consistent after over a year of use.I also love the audio features when it lets you know verbally that your headset is connected or disconnected from your laptop/desktop, battery is low, and when you're muted or not. The sound is crisp clear when listening to others. Everyone that I can talk to over the headset microphone can hear me without issue. I love the separate mute button on the side that you can physically press and you'll hear the prompt "mute on" or "mute off." This is important to me because sometimes during meetings, I want to double check that I'm muted so I don't have a hot mic, which can be embarrassing.I’ve gone through about 3 or 4 other wireless headset brands and this is the only one that has not failed me. The other devices will fail by not being able to wireless connect to my work laptop and or microphone failure. Moreover, as I step away and walk around the house while in the middle of meetings I’m still well connected to my workstation with no issues as my office is on the 2nd floor. LEVN wireless headset has kept me wirelessly connected since the day I’ve used it over a year ago. Did I mention that pairing the LEVN to my work laptop was also super easy and I’m not a techie in way shape or form!The reason for me ordering a new one is the head band snapped due to constant usage and I ended up taping it to keep it on my head. Even though the headband physically broke, the headset was still fully functional with all its features. Please don't let this deter you from trying this headset! I’m glad I found this headset a year ago because I’ll be using this new replacement I just ordered until it breaks, to which I’ll order another again!

I love that 2 devices can be connected at once, been searching for that for a while. Great for those of us that have a personal and a work phone. Sound quality is surprisingly great whether it’s phone calls, music, or podcast. Functions and switches between phones well. Battery life is good. Fit is good and comfortable. Mic is adjustable 180° so the headset can be worn on left or right and I’m told the mic eliminates background noise really well. You really get a good headset for the price.

Purchased in Feb 23. Had a good year with it with good battery life and sound quality and easy of connecting to my PCs. At some point after a year, I started stressing out a joint between the eat piece and the strap as I was pulling it out of my bag, which started causing stress whitening in the plastic housing. I used it like that for another 10 months before the housing cracked and so it no longer can be put in my head. The speaker and mic were unaffected by this damage. My advice is to be careful how you handle it.

My husband drives for UPS. If you've ever driven a tractor, you know those suckers are super loud. Talking over a phone means dealing with a lot of loud interference if you're on the other end. The motor, when against the truck, traffic, etc. Super loud and hard to have a conversation.My husband got one of these, and it's a game changer. First he's got a completely hands-free device on his head, which is comfortable for him to listen to music in one ear while being aware with the other. Then, when he makes phone calls to me, I don't hear the tractor. I don't hear the tractor at all! And he said he can hear me clearly as well. It's like we're almost in the same room together.Frankly it's incredible that something this affordable work so amazingly to allow the driver, and phone call recipients, to have an undistracted conversation that blocks out all the crazy unnecessary loud noises around.So, last month when he accidentally left his in a tractor, and the next driver took it, we ordered a replacement. We went for a week just using the phone normal, and it was awful. Hahaha. So as so long as he's a tractor trailer driver, he will definitely be using one of these. He said in the 19 years he's been there, it's the best work purchase he's made.

When connecting to next call, the blue tooth disconnects. Everytime moving between calls, blue tooth connectivity should be restarted again which is not user friendly. I returned the item.

I bought it to do some outgoing call and it sounds pretty good, though it feels a bit small as it only covers one ear. Overall pretty good ... thumbs up!

The product is good but sound quality is medium and there is disconnection problem on and off when moving here and their, actually it gets disconnected just for a little distance, not as claimed that the distance will be covered so much.....for less distance I am getting disconnected message and reconnected again....
