I needed a headset to use while I'm working on my projects that has a good amount of battery life and sound quality. This was just what I needed it. Great sound quality and has an excellent battery life.

I practically live with earbuds in my ears. They are a must have for me, because I’m constantly on the phone with my job. I heard from a couple of friends, that they had always liked their Plantronic headsets, so I decided this Voyager 5200 Bluetooth headset would be worth giving it a try.This is a bundle set. There’s the headset, (ear piece,) a USB Dongle, a charging case, a charging cable, a USB A-C connecter, and a microfiber cleaning cloth all included.While my friends had always said these were exceptionally comfortable, I had surgeries on my ears when I was a teenager. I’ve always had trouble using earphones all of my life, and unfortunately that’s the case with this headset too. They’re very lightweight, far lighter than others I’ve tried in the past, and that being said, I thought these might just work out as a result. But they just don’t fit over my ears correctly.I tried to use them in short stints, but in addition to not fitting over my ears, hence falling off, I also wear glasses, and combing the 2, just made them unbearable. I think that my situation is unique to me, so I can’t comment on how they feel for others.I decided I’d try to hold them in place for a little while, I wanted to see if they did provide the sound and listening quality my friends had raved about. When speaking to people on the other end of the line, they said they could hear me crystal clear. They said the didn’t hear much of what was going on in my background (I think that anything they heard, was most likely due to how I held them on my ear.) On my end, though I couldn’t wear them correctly, I still got good sound quality thru the headset. That was very impressive to me!I never used the dongle, so I can’t speak to that. The case for the headset is very nice, but, needing to use a micro USB to charge it, was a bit disappointing. I do have a few other relics that I use that are micro USB, so it wasn’t the end of the world. However, I would think with a newer generation of electronic devices, things would have moved on to the USB-C.Overall, while I can’t give a complete review of this product, with what part I was able to ascertain, this headset seems to be a very high quality product. I wish I could make further use of it. However, because of the need to use a micro USB to charge the case, I’m taking off one star.

This was easy to setup! I needed something new for work. It's comfy in the ear. The controls are very easy to access on the piece. I love that the Google button is so easy to use.

let me first say that I used to use Planttronics headsets when I ran my own call center and they were the best. Plantronics builds quality equipment that lasts a long time and they were the only version of professional gear I would use in my call center, so the name carries with it a lot of quality guarantee... with that in mind know that this review is hard for me to write. Because I expected more.The headset is easy to pair and easy to use with the included USB port, which plugs right into your computer and makes it easy to set up the headset for use. My Mac was able to see the headset immediately and I was able to choose it from the drop-down selection for my Zoom calls. That part was a breeze and I loved it.Unfortunately, that was the only part that was good.The audio quality of the headset was absolutely horrible. I get better quality from very cheap wired or even Bluetooth headphones. It felt like I was listening to an old-school telephone instead of a voice connection that is on par with my Internet connection and speed and how good of voice quality we normally have in our zoom calls. The distance was fine and I was able to walk far away from the computer, but it didn't matter because everybody sounded so horrible that I just simply did not want to use the headset at all. As a professional user, I know that there was nothing I missed in the set up, if I've done something wrong, then I invite feedback from the seller or the manufacturer, but this quality of headphone for this price just doesn't make sense.While doing my testing, I plugged another headset in right away and swapped between the two and the difference was remarkable so I know factually it had nothing to do with my Internet connection, it's just this headset poor audio, Quality. As a longtime Plantronics user I'm very disappointed and would've expected more from such a great company.one more important thing... YOU MOST LIKELY will have to change the ear bud insert. The one they had set up by default was HUGE and there was no way it would fit into my ear at all.

I am so happy with this purchase, love the fact you can put it on either ear with ease, feels super light and comfortable, easy to travel with, when you get a call you voice command it to answer or decline, I have small ears and wear glasses at times fits perfectly without hurting
