When receiving this product I was excited to try it out. Attached you'll find images of how the product came securely boxed. I loved how easy it was to set up with my laptop and equipment. Once you take the product out of the box and connect the stand to your laptop and or power source you can dock your headphones. The docking station quickly indicates when is charging and fully charge with blue and red lights.Once you're ready to use your headphones, here's an on and off switch on the Right side of the headset, turn it on and get ready to pair the product with your computer/phone, etc. Head to your computer you can select Bluetooth and pair your headphones. once it's paired the headphones will notify you that is on and connected.When using it with Zoom/Teams etc just make sure your settings are set as the microphone has to be the actual product and not "same as computer". Quality was great users were able to hear me clearly even though its something I have to get used to having on my head :) but it felt comfortable as the ear muffs are nicely padded. you have buttons around the headphones to mute or increase/decrease volume etc making it a standalone product that you can control away from the pc. I've also gone and walked several feet away from my laptop to speak to someone while I was muted in a meeting and never got a call drop or any interference with the Bluetooth range so that was amazing.This is definitely a great product if you work in customer support, host and interact with meetings for work, and even if you just want to use them as regular wireless headphones with the computer which I've done plenty of times. Once you're done using them you can just turn them off and dock them. One cool feature I love is I can easily pick them up turn them on and they'll automatically pair with my laptop which is beneficial for those random teams calls I get.
