Bought these for zoom meetings. They work great. I only took one star off because of yhe cord. You can plug it in headphone jack or you can attach the usb adapter (with volume control). The headphone part works great and it’s what I use all the time. The usb adapter portion would make my zoom recordings sound like trash. It was echoing and garbled. I had two client recordings when I spoke, it was hard to make out. During the call it was fine but just in recording it was off.I now use the headphone jack solely and have had no issues. The headphone quality is great for what I use it for and it’s super light. I wear this for three hours at a time. The microphone is easy to adjust as well. Prior to these I was using gaming headphones from our Xbox and was nervous about sound quality and noise cancellation. Like I said earlier the sound quality is great and as far as noise cancellation, it’s not the same as gaming headphones (since they cover your ears and these just over the inner ear) but I have had no major issues with outside noises distracting me while I use them.

This headset has a nice fit for blocking out exterior sound which is what I was looking for. I like to watch videos or movies while others want to view something on TV. The sound blocking and fit make for a comfortable feel and enjoyment of viewing.The headset is amazing for clear and concise calls. Now it does not diffuse exterior noises which I understand since the seller was clear about this in the description. I wanted and received the ability to be on the computer and answer calls.It is easy to set up with no additional functioning required in the setting area and the cord is almost too long and since when is has that been an issue. My favorite part of the cord is it does not tangle which helps my OCD issues.I have purchased two of these with me using one and a grandchild taking the other and each of us love everything about them.

With remote work and cubes, having a headset is critical. I needed one quickly and this was delivered same day. It meets my needs. Can you find better? Absolutely. Can you find something on the inexpensive, delivered same day, works as needed, and not have any issues? This fits that bill. I have sit on 3 hour calls without issue and the sound quality is very good. I will replace it eventually if I need noise cancelling. I have not had a need so far for that.

Overall a good headset for the price. Construction is decent, relatively lightweight, and earpads are comfortable (but feel warm after a while). Headphones sound good but the included USB DAC is only 16 bit audio, so you can get better quality if you swap in a better DAC. Microphone sound quality is good and clear for calls, but there is a big spike in the 4000-10000Hz range. If you want to use this for recording or streaming, EQ is a must.

I spent a lot of money on headphones and mics, I need something with a clear voice for online meetings. People were complaining about the voice quality of my prev microphones was poor, so I first bought a Bose Quiet Comfort 2nd generation, and it was terrible, then I bought a RODE NTUSB Studio Quality, and I hated it! finally, I decided to buy something else before giving up, so I got this one the EAGLEND USB and I absolutely love it. Sometimes simple at an affordable price is better than expensive useless ones. I recommend EAGLEND USB.The only thing I did not like about EAGLEND USB is the cable color, which is red color, I would prefer everything black and minimalist rather than giving a touch of color. This is because when doing online meetings everyone can see your red cable hanging around. My solution is, because the cable has a generous length, I put the cable behind my back, this way it is unnoticeable.Note: I use Macbook Pro, and I have noticed the sound quality difference is big when using the USB adapter, so I do recommend using the adapter included in the box, rather than connecting straight to the headphone jack.
