The wire terminals make it quick and simple. Maybe 40 seconds to wire it. Impressive for a 4 position switch!!!

It looks great and operationally it functions nicely. But I bought this as a Fan switch and everyone knows that a fan switch unlike a light switch goes to max speed when turned on to give the motor the best speed to start the blades moving and avoid burning the motor. But the range on this "fan switch" is just like a light switch starting at the slowest speed. Did someone not do their homework?
