I was pretty excited when I picked these up however, when I received them and put them together, I was much less excited. They're completely plastic, which normally isn't bad, but when used for pushups or ab-rolling you can feel the bars give, and mind you, I'm not a big person. The wheels on the bottom aren't that great, so if you have deeper carpet they're not very good to use.Overall, I feel there have to be better options available out there that are sturdier or have a better build.

This exercise equipment does double duty: it can work on your abs--and also on your pecs/triceps/deltoids--depending on how you use them. They can really Build Your Back Better!...(just don't trip on them)I don't know how robust they are, but for now, just for the novelty and usefulness of this product: I'm giving it 5 stars.Note: I wanted to deduct a star because it did not come with written assembly instructions, but on their Amazon page, there's a 1.5 minute product assembly video.
