I ordered this tenon adapter because I am changing out old vapor lights for LED and needed this adapter to go from a square pole to a round fixture. Build quality seems good for the price. Fit and finish is exactly what I would expect for a product that sits 30’ up in the air on a light pole. This is a pretty standard product and is just what I need. Would order again!

I have multiple solar street lights that I have wanted to put on 4x4 wood posts but the light mounts don't easily work with these type posts, so I was very hopeful when I saw this adapter and ordered it. The adapter is well made, very heavy duty, and although I didn't see the dimensions were OD, worked well with my wood post after a little planing. The adapter is a little expensive but definitely makes it easier to install these type lights.

Constructed of powder-coated steel tubing that is .125" thick, with a mast plate of .175" thickness. (Picture dimensions include the thick powder-coating) This adaptor is flawlessly welded and true to the dimensions within the description. Excellent build quality that will last for many years.

Good slip fitter.Great fit for the end of a 4" X 4" wood pole.This is well made and at about 4mm thick - quite sturdy. They don't say exactly what kind of steel they are using or what this is coated with but I don't anticipate any problems. I will probably spray a coat of black enamel on it - just because. Couldn't hurt.Comes with the required 4 bolts.I see this as a good deal and find it easy to recommend.

Sturdy adapter, welds seem decent and the paint job is pretty good. Some slight flaking but it will surely last for years.
