Product doesn’t work at all. I have tried resetting my iPhone and everything and none of the photos show up. Severely disappointedEDIT: I spoke too soon! I think what confused me is that reviews saw a folder should pop up but that’s NOT the case. For those having trouble, go directly to your Photos app and a bottom on the right screen should say import, from there you’ll see your photos. Thank you to the FAQ below that explained it.

Unfortunately it was not able to read the videos from our trail cameras but we were able to view the pictures until my laptop was repaired.
