To be honest I did not expect this bluetooth ear piece to do half of what was advertised but I received a very pleasant surprise when it did all f what was advertised. I saw that in the past reviews the voice prompt did not sound as friendly as some of the more expensive devices. For some customers I can see how that might be an issue but for me I am not trying to start a relationship with a headset so that was not a show stopper in making a purchasing choice. I can confirm that the voice is not as soft as some of the others but the functionality is acurate. I tested the sound cansellation by hitting the freeway at 65MPH in an economy sedan with lots of road noise. I place a call to a truck driver who was also on the road and we were both able to clearly hear each other. I know that his sound canseling device was responsible for me hearing his transmission clear but I mentioned it anyway. I never had to use the ear pligs that came with the blue tooth device. I placed it on my right ear leaving my left ear open to ear what was going on outside. The volume was sufficient to hear the phone conversation. The simultanious sync wth both my iPhone and desktop are both plug and play once the simple configuration setup is complete. I tested the battery life by going 3 days straight without re-charging and talking for about a half hour to 45 minutes each day. I did not want to push it and run out of battery charge when I need it. I normally charge up every night so that was the longest that I have gone without charging any ear piece. So far this ea piece is out performing more expensice ones owned in the past.

Ahhhh thank you for creating this bluetooth ear piece!! It works great. Very easy to use. The clarity of the ear piece is great & people can hear me. The only thing is to make sure you have the “boom†part angled properly like they show on the instructions. Important so people can hear you best. Definitely love the price of this ear piece!!!

But very uncomfortable because the clip moves so it's hard to keep it on your ear. Overall it's a great product .

Update: I've been using it daily for 10 months now (wearing an average of around 4 hours a day wiht maybe 45 minutes to an hour of talk time a week), and have had no problems. In that time I've only recharged it 3 times so I can confirm that the power switch really shuts the unit off.I've only had it one week, so I can't speak for long-term reliability, but so far I'm happy with the headset (Link Dream LC-B45). It is a larger than than several others that I've tried recently, but I don't see this is a problem. I'm using it with a Motorola Moto-g 5G 2023 edition.Good Points:- Physical switches (power switch and multi-function switch). I have a lot of trouble with capacitive switches for some reason. The physical switches were the main reason I tried this model. I can reposition the earpiece without worrying about hanging up on a call.- Good noise cancellation and volume. I was clearly heard when driving on an interstate at 70 MPH with a window rolled down. I also had no trouble understanding the person on the other end of the call.- USB-C charging port.- Long battery life. I charged it a week ago and have used it for over an hour of active calls and about 10 hours of standby time. It is still reporting 80% charge to the phone (but that is just self-reported charge, I don't know how long it will really last).- Mute Button on headset. Handy when you need it.Bad Points:- None that I can think of so far. It is on the larger size, but that also makes it easier to handle.Unknowns:- I haven't seen how far the unit stays connected to the phone. Its certainly good for 10 feet or so.Update: leaving the phone in the car, I can walk around 75 feet before it disconnects, but I don't know how the connection quality degrades at longer distances.

Unfortunately, this is my second time to buy this brand Dream Link. My last one has lasted several years. This one doesn't have the volume the last one did. Hopefully it'll get better after a second charge. Love the price!!

Good sound quality and transmission. Took a star off due to size and fit. It’s bigger and heavier than I expected which wouldn’t be an issue if more than two sizes of earbud covers were provided. The earbud covers have two sizes, are mushroom shaped, fill the ear canal completely, blocks environmental sound, causes excessive sweating. Only one regular shaped bud was included. For safety reasons I prefer not to have the ear canal completely blocked so that I can maintain situational awareness of my surroundings. The one regular earbud cover doesn’t fit my ear and the Bluetooth falls out of my ear.

i didn't expect that, but it is a very good item with great performance, clear sound, noise feltering & long lasting charge 2 days almost used with 2 cell phones.charging time almost 3-4 hours last for 2 days ( fair enough)
