I was very impressed. My delivery driver put my pump right next to my front door and I know it was a little bit heavy, but thank you very much for putting it by my door. I really appreciate it.

Super happy with the quality of this pump. I probably didn't even need the instructions, but they were very clear. This has been great for our shop that doesn't have running water. It builds up pressure quickly and keeps ample volume flowing.

I like this pump, it works great for my water system. It is a bit loud which worries me about longevity because it doesn't sound like a smooth running motor, it's got an airy sound. So far, it's worked great with no problems keeping up with our water demand. We can run 2 showers simultaneously and once the pump kicks in, it will bring the pressure back up and keep up with us. Our previous pump was too weak and would slowly drop off even while running if we had both showers going. One thing to note is that the included pressure switch is essentially unusable. What happens is the pressure reaches the cutoff and the pump stops but that drops the pressure dramatically inside the pump housing (which the switch is attached to) causing it to close the contacts again which turns on the pump causing high pressure in the housing, turns it back off, rinse and repeat. It will do this repeatedly quite fast, about once per second. A pressure switch needs to be installed in a manner that the pressure it's reading will remain stable. Standard installation has it on the tank tee where it is between 2 check valves and basically only reading the pressure inside the bladder tank, not the pressure inside the pump. It doesn't make any sense to read the internal pump pressure because that varies wildly during operation and between off and on. So...I ran my power through the pressure switch I already had installed in the manner described above and the included pressure switch is nothing more than a connection box. You could remove it and plug the hole it's attached to but I didn't feel like it. Overall, good product and definitely an upgrade from our previous setup

This is an excellent pump. My use case for it is a bit different than the advertised use case. I use it to pump water from a stream in my backyard to feed a portable sprinkler. It works great! Of course, this is not the intended use case and it is possible that the water is too dirty for such an application. That said, it works for now and I am very happy with it as it saves a substantial amount on my water bill. Quality wise, the pump is made of heavy cast iron and seems very heavy-duty. Time will tell how long it lasts but so far I am very happy with this product.
