This was a gift for my grand daughter and she loves it, she keeps her house on the cool side and just loves this. She said it is so wonderful to grab your toasty warm towel and wrap your self in it. Then she wraps another nice warm towel around her head. She thinks she is in heaven.

I bought one for myself, then bought several others as presents because it's so nice. It's fairly small and easy to find space for even in a small bathroom, but is also big enough to hold two large towels at a time. There are a few small things to watch for: occasionally the on button takes a bit of finagling to work; it takes about 8 minutes to hit "maximum" towel warmth; if the lid is askew/not fully on the towel loses a lot of heat; there's a bit of a plastic odor that goes away after the first few uses. But if you're aware of those things it's super luxurious and worth every penny, having a super warm towel waiting counters all the misery of having to leave the shower in the winter. It also makes a great present, it's the kind of luxury item people don't normally think to get for themselves but makes life so much better. Anybody who says you can't buy happiness obviously hasn't bought a towel warmer.

I really enjoy this warmer. It does a better job heating a towel with the shortest timer, vs a longer one. Works well and easy to use

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and the first time we had it on, it had a faint burning smell but it worked wonderfully. The smell never went away like some appliances but worsened. But by the 3rd month, it’s stopped warming though it still lit. I began the process via Amazon posting a message saying this was defective. I received a response the next day asking for product info. The responsiveness of the person shockingly AWESOME. Literally exchanged multiple emails within an hour. It was determined it was indeed defective and warranted a replacement. All I was asked to do was take a picture of it with the cord cut. And a week later, we just received the new one today!! And it doesn’t smell like it’s burning. The original one was defective from day 1 I think.Hoping this new replacement will be long lasting as it’s quite nice to have a hot towel after a shower.

I read other reviews before purchasing this item and found them helpful so I hope this is also helpful to those considering what should be a great product but is not one I would recommend based on their customer support.tl;dr: they asked me to destroy the unit to get a replacement, now won't send a replacement unless I pay for shipping of the old unit, and have sent no info on where to send it. NOPE!It came in a large box and was packaged just fine. I took it out and tried it to make sure it worked and it worked properly. It was still relatively warm outside (August when it was on sale) so I didn't use this often but had planned to use it when things got colder. Cue the cold weather and one of the heating elements doesn't work anymore. The edge of the towel gets hot and the rest is room temperature.I reached out to support since the return window had closed on Amazon. The rep asked me to send a picture of the unit with the cord cut. Then they would send out a replacement. Puzzling but I complied and sent a picture. It was not clear enough for them to approve. I sent additional photos (included here) and offered to shoot a video or even zoom with them to prove that the cord was cut.Live Fine's response, "Unfortunately the opportunity for photo verification has been lost, we require the unit in our warehouse before a replacement can be shipped out.Your RMA is authorized. Once your defective unit is received and processed, your warranty will be fulfilled."I explained to them that I'm concerned that I'm shipping this back at my own expense and that there are plenty of ways for them to not send me a replacement. I could easily be out my original payment, return shipping of a device I was told to destroy, and not have anything to show for it.That was five days ago. I haven't heard back and they have never even sent the address of the warehouse or what to put on (or in) the box to know it's mine.If yours still works after two months and you don't have to deal with customer service, consider yourself very lucky. I'll toss this one in the trash with $100+ lesson learned and gamble with another company...any other one.

Bought over a year ago and heats well. If someone writes a 1 star review or anything less than 4 stars they got maybe a bad one and should just return and get a new one. I have had no issues! It’s perfect even after a year!
