We have an older towel warmer, but this one blows that one away. This one has hooks, is simple to use, warms up quickly. Looks nice, and is a great size without taking up a lot of room in the bathroom. Five stars!

It's amazing how quickly this unit warms a towel! The unit is compact and will fit in most bathrooms easily, but be warned if you have huge fluffy towels, fitting two inside may be a problem. (I favor the thin waffle weave towels, so no problem here.)Programming is easy. ENJOY!

I use an oversized towel and it is warm within 10 minutes. The timer will let you warm for an hour and towel was real toasty. My wife puts her pajamas in there for about 15 minutes before bed and she is loving the warm pajamas. Simple to use. Only 2 buttons.

This towel warmer works great. Now that chilly weather has returned it feels so cold getting out of shower. Not anymorenow that Inhave this towel warmer. Just turn it on and throw my towel in when I get into shower and a nice toasty towel when I get out. Feels so nice to wrap a warm towel around my cold body. Enough room for a small blanket so planning on using it for a snuggly warm blanket also. Easy to use.

Warms up towels or blankets quickly! I love the added feature of being able to add essential oils in the cover. Makes the blanket or towel smell amazing! Great for bedtime with the kids! They love a snuggly warm blanket right before bed!

My wife was excited to use this gift. I unpacked it and plugged it into our bathroom GFI outlet which instantly tripped. I don't mean I plugged it in, turned it on, and it tripped. I mean it tripped just from plugging it in. Multiple times. To be sure it wasn't the outlet, I ran an extension cord and plugged it into that. When I did this, the towel warmer let out a huge spark out of the top of it right near my wife's face. We didn't even get to the point of pushing a button on this thing. Would never feel comfortable having it plugged in as it's cheaply made which was exactly what I was afraid of when searching for this type of product. If you're doing the same I'd skip this one.

Great size and quality. Fit a full size towel, hair wrap and robe all in at the same time and all three were toasty and wonderful to wrap up with after a shower.

Product was fine however I returned the item since it didn't fit my space and I've yet to receive my refund. It's been longer than the 7 days.

I didn’t know such a thing existed, in spas or otherwise, so I was excited to order this towel warmer.Operation is effortless: plug it in and press the button to the desired heating time/timed shutoff (in increments of 15 minutes.) Even after reading the manual, I did not fully understand that the red light was not an error; the red light signals to be careful of the inner heated drum reaching at least 50 degrees. As advertised, it heats up very quickly, but I’ve quickly learned that this does not mean the items inside have also heated up to that temperature. I recommend turning on this warmer for at least 10 minutes before you shower or bathe for effective results.I’ll also say the 20L capacity does not appear to hold as much as you’d think. When I threw my bathrobe, one medium-sized bath towel, and one hair towel into it, it looked stuffed. Also, the manual specifies that it’s for dry items only, so I am careful about dry-wiping down the inner barrel and ensuring no moisture before putting in items.I am impressed with the spa aesthetic: the top cover sports a nice large handle, and the colours (light grey or camel) would be ideal for most spaces where a towel warmer would live.I would recommend this as a gift for people with bathroom real estate or a home with a pool or hot tub. This device could do wonders for drafty spaces or people who crave slipping into warm pjs or under warm blankets.

This towel warmer is lightweight, easy to control, and has a large capacity so it can hold one or two towels or a large bathrobe. However, as something that is supposed to be "spa-like", the controls and overall build is a bit crude, and there is an annoying clicking sound when it's in use.The warmer comes ready to use out of the box, so you only need to plug it in. The container is made entirely of plastic and is therefore very light, and though I got the "Grey" model it's really white with some grey accents. There are four small rollerball wheels, but they don't rotate that well so you can wheel it around in any direction but it's not a smooth movement. Inside the container are four retractable hooks. I believe these are so you hang towels, albeit small ones, that have a hanging loop. It's nice that you can push them in so they don't interfere if not needed. There is also a pocket in the lid that you can twist open and use to put a fragrance packet in to add scent to your towels.Operation is done via a single large button on the front. Long-press it for 3 seconds and the warmer turns on and will stay on for 60 minutes. Short pressing it sets the auto-shut off time to 15 minutes. Subsequent short presses increase the shut-off time by fifteen minutes (so you can set it to 30 and 45 minutes) until you're back to 60 minutes. You can either leave the device to automatically shut off or long-press the button to turn it off manually. While it's easy to operate, the button feels very cheap as it's a hard and crude click whenever you use it.The biggest drawback of the warmer is the clicking sounds when it's in operation. It's not that frequent and doesn’t happen right away, but it's loud enough to be clearly audible. I believe it might be the thermostat activating and deactivating once the warmer reaches its maximum temperature as it reminds me of the clicking you hear with an electric radiator. If you’re using this while taking a shower it's not a big deal, but if you're trying to take a relaxing bath then the sound is definitely a distraction.Overall, while this does what it's supposed to, it's not a very elegant product. It does heat towels within 5 minutes as the walls heat all the way up, so it’s quick overall. It's also simple to operate with only one large button. If you're looking for something basic - and this is near the bottom of the price range for products of a similar nature - then this will do. But if you're looking for something that's more spa-like then I'd explore other products.
