What an amazing little addition to my collection of workout equipment! It is functional and easily able to be tucked into a bag/luggage for a quick hotel room workout while on the road! These little discs slide very easily across carpeting! The Live Infinitely Core Sliders are excellent for adding a big bang to your workout routine for an extremely affordable price. I find these core sliders to be highly effective and efficient, they are a decent size and I love the color (I purchased teal). I would absolutely recommend Live Infinitely core sliders to anyone looking to add a little extra umph to their daily core workout routine.

These work great on hardwood, tile or carpet. Unfortunately I have rubberized flooring from puzzle squares. Hopefully it is clear what I mean. Anyway, on this type of flooring they don't slide very well. The do slide, but my feet and shoes slide of the top much easier than they slide on the surface. I am using the cloth side which slides better for me, just not well enough.

Honestly, I think all of these sliders are more or less the same, so when I saw this one at half the price of the others, I jumped on it. It's solid, smooth, and looks great. I am a larger man, and it handles me just fine.

These discs are perfect for the physical therapy exercises I’m supposed to be doing at home. The instructions say to wear shoes, but I found you can use them barefoot as well (i.e. no socks). I like the option to flip them for carpet vs. hardwood.

I plan to travel with my gliders. The size and portability allows me to add them to my exercise routine as Im able to tuck them in my suitcase or a purse pocket and go. Im able to perform a variety of simple but challenging exercise moves. A great value for me!

i love the colour, i got pink! they are the perfect size i can spread my hand out wide and my hand completely fits on the slider! the hard side down for carpet and the soft side down for wood flooring

Great sliders. Only inconvenience is that even the tiniest bit of dust will be picked up and stick to them.
