Got these for my at home pilates workout videos and they work great! It's unreal the workout two little sliders can give you. Such a great price too! Love that it's double sided to use on either hard floors or carpet.

This took some coordination to use. Please keep in mind that I am not a graceful person. The amount of exercises that can be done with sliders is unbelievable. I was surprised at the variety with a quick search. Great addition to home equipment.
