During my last few talks, I've used this as my clicker and it has worked well. I have had a few issues with it skipping a slide here and there but I just back up. It hasn't been an issue at a critical point in my talk so I'm still using it. This could be related to my fingers on the trigger or double clicking it, not sure. But overall, I'm very happy with it.

I've used one on and off for years now, and I'm fond of this model because it's simple, easy to use by touch alone, and doesn't require anything esoteric on my Mac or in batteries (it just eats two AAAs). What's not to like?

The green dot is too small to see on large TV screens in a conference room. Also, you have to be sitting directly in front of it to see it (if you can see the tiny dot all). So, sitting around a conference room table puts you at an angle to the TV, so seeing the pointer dot is impossible.If you need this for a conference room setting, you will likely be disappointed.

Bought refurbished last August and never used it. Set up last night and seemed to work, but during actual presentation it would randomly a) not respond to button press b) go back instead of forward c) just not be predictable. So, my fault I didn't check in time, but it's still frustrating.Side note- green laser pointer is almost invisible on a TV.

Works really well. I see no difference between the refurbished unit and a new one. I only wish I'd bought one sooner.
