Great quality, but I will say that the base needs to be longer so you have enough material to slide under the screw down the bracket on top of it.

For those using this shifter, cut the cable at the longest point first. I used the recommended setting and it came up short. Now I had to cut a small piece to fit inside the shifter knob and its loose. It's a pain to remove the cable once it's set. Plus I don't have a new cable.

Boot is made of very cheap vinyl. Quality is crap, worth $20 not $68. Ring Looks decent but the boot would only be good enough to use as an outline for a craftsman to make a real leather boot from. Other Listings say the boot is naugahyde. I am returning this.
