Build quality was great. Pretty easy setup, manual isn't the best but there isn't many parts so its fine. Everything working on first try and had no problem lasering the 3 included files and a custom one out of laser grbl. The laser cut depth on the 10w version was far better than I expected. Highly recommend if you are looking for beginner laser.

FINALLY!! This is the THIRD laser I’ve bought in 2 weeks and it actually connects to the computer and works fine with both laserGBRL and Lightburn. Etches/engraved steel and glass with no issue and very clean. The laser itself is definitely what it says and is quite powerful. It does a really nice, detailed engraving of photos too!I am an absolute beginner i.e (just taught myself to use lightburn like 2 days ago) and I was happy with the ease of use and assembly. Instructions are pretty ehh but whatever.. use your brain and you’ll be ok, hopefully.Cons:There are no physical limit switches so be careful and take your time to make sure you place your file correctly. Don’t trust lightburn to follow your input of the laser dimensions.Doesn’t come with a honeycomb panel so you’ll have to buy one or put down a piece of sheet metal like I did.Anyhow.. nice powerful laser for the money in my opinion!

This laser printer is very easy to set up. It only takes a few minutes for it to print things and can print things from character letters to little cartoons. It can engrave wood, glass, metal, etc. and helps me with my home projects. This device is user friendly and easy to set up and affordable for such a great product. Would recommend.

The packaging looked good and it was easy to assemble however, the power supply connector was too small for what machine accept. There was no flash drive nor a USB cable

Good value for the money. Well made. easy to assemble with numbered packets for each step. It's nice to be able to engrave offline with the supplied SD card. Highly recommended.

Just decided to start my own handmade shop. After doing tons of research, I decided engraving products. Apparently, the customized design is the trend. I wanted to get xTool, but too expensive. This one works very similar, I did a couple of design on my photo frame, wooden sign. Easy use, produce fast. Btw, the setup was so much easier with video instructions. Seriously Videos work much better than user manual.
