I needed a good UVB light for my Ball Python. This light has been perfect and the snake has already been coming out of his hide more. We will see how long it lasts being on 9-10 hours a day.

My bearded dragon loves this light. I could tell he enjoys basking under it so it works greatfor him. Good size light and very bright. Price was good. It looks like quality light to me.

Thought this bulb burned out quickly but ended up being a bad timer. We just bought this replacement for another bulb of the same brand that lasted 4 years. We've been pleased with shipping and bulb life.

I got two of this same brand mini bulbs for forest animals, and they were amazing. However, I purchased two of these for my desert snakes, neither one worked at all. I gave them a few minutes each, in case they needed to warm up or something. That didn't work, so I tried another lamp style, more shallow, they didn't turn on in those either. I'm going to start the return process and see how that goes. Again, I LOVE the forest mini bulbs they have.

Works as it's supposed to, good quality and very bright. Lizard has been out and about more than usual, so she seems to be liking it. The last one I had was this same brand, same bulb, and it lasted way longer than it says it does, so value is bang for your buck! Doesn't emit any heat, just so you're aware of that though.

My friend (who knows way more about reptiles than I do) mentioned wanting these bulbs as gifts to cut down on her expenses. She owns a lot of reptiles and is happy to get materials for their set ups as gifts and was happy to receive this as part of her birthday present.

I'm not sure if 7 months is a good lifespan for these bulbs or not. Maybe someone else would know. Ordering our second one today. Not sure what to rate it. It was great while it lasted??!!! 😆 Only rated 3 because I have no idea if 7 months is good or bad. My household bulbs last for years. No other experience to go by.
