I had the older style Honeywells. I pulled the old one off put this one on easy wire connections. Took me all of 2 minutes and it was working perfectly. Such a great upgrade by honeywell.

Once I diagnose the problem, replacing the damper motor is a simple solution. The actual replacement only takes one minute, but it takes more time to enter the attic. There are two fixing screws in the box, but I only used the shorter one to prevent it from getting stuck by the insulation layer. I don't have any tools or keys, but I have the correct size hex wrench head on hand. Ensure that the fixing screws are firmly tightened to avoid loosening on the road. I hope this new model is more durable than my previous models.
