The unit itself is well built. I bought in January 2024. Unpacked and assembled and tried it out and it seemed fine. I'm retired so its not something I use all the time. I went to use it back in September and it started to leave little ball bearings all around. Soon it wouldn't swivel without great effort. I looked for the warranty (I always keep paperwork for everything) but none came with it. I contacted vendor through Amazon and explained all this and they told me it was out of warranty. Can't help you. I strongly recommend avoiding this outfit. They obviously just want your money and care nothing about customer satisfaction. I know I'll never buy anything from them again!!!!

This creeper needs to be assembled. It does not come with instructions but, with the included information sheet, there is a picture and it’s not difficult to figure out at all. Basically, it attaches by 4 bolts in the top and the 4 wheels on bottom. It comes with all of the hardware plus the tools that it takes to assemble it. In no time I had it together ad ready to use in minutes. As I mentioned, there is an included information sheet. There is a contradiction of the weight capacity, of which, I’m unsure which is accurate. Amazon’s listing states that it has a 300 lbs. weight capacity, whereas the included information sheet states that the weight capacity is 200lbs. I’m well over 200 lbs. and it doesn’t feel wabbly at all and rolls and feels sturdy, so I feel like the 300 lbs. is correct. The storage tray in bottom is convenient. It is divided making it great to organize different tools, parts, etc. There are weep holes in the 4 deeper wells that extend out on both ends but there are none on the shallower inside tray. I can’t say that I’ve found that to be a problem and if I ever do it would be very easy to just drill a few holes. Only mentioned it because it was an observation. As for the casters, they mention that they are rubber wheel casters. I’m not saying that they are not rubber, but they are very hard rubber. Great for driveways and concrete garage floors but if you wanted to use this on flooring like hardwood it would probably be fine but not nearly as safe as if they were true rubber wheels. Two of the wheels can be locked to ensure that the seat does not move around which is a nice feature. This is a pretty nice creeper that is reasonably sturdy considering that it is entirely made from plastic and maneuvers fairly well. That said, being made of plastic makes it a bit more resistant dampness and no worries of rips and wear from a cushioned seat. This is a great creeper for me to use for small jobs. I’m probably not going to be using it for large jobs that I’ll be sitting for hours. At that point I’ll want something more cushioned and comfortable.

Bought this for my 6'3" 350 lb son who ceramic coats airplanes. He absolutely lives it. Sturdy wide seat. Rolls nicely. 10/10.

As stated in the title, this thing is rough. I haven't really used it yet for any projects, but I've wheeled around on it and it's pretty sturdy, but some of the welds and giant gaps in between the toolbox section worries me.The side table things are cool but there's no real way of keeping them upright when you don't want to use them because they're using some weird tab that doesn't hold. It's got plenty of storage for what I need it for. It's like having a toolbox you can sit on I guess. But other than that I guess we'll see how long this thing lasts. Will update if anything happens.

I like the way you can get your tools faster not a comfortable seat
