The material this bag is made of is very nice, strong and well designed. . Great size for a bale of hay. Zippers and straps seem to be strong. Fun to have a choice of colors too.

I didn’t even know something like this existed. Clearly it was designed for transporting hay for large farm animals. I have 2 indoor rabbits in a studio apartment was trying to find an alternative for storing larger amounts of hay to get better quality hay and to save money from buying hay online in small quantities or small bags at pet stores.I bought this bag (Large) and took it with me to a local feed shop. The gentleman put the hay bale down and then placed the bag over it. Then rolled the bag so it was right side up to lift into my SUV. The only issue is I think he needed to lay the hay bale on the widest side, because it was positioned with the highest side upright, the bag could not zip close. No biggie. I managed to load the bag upright on a dolly to get it up the elevator into my apartment. From the doorway entrance, I managed to lift and carry the bag a few feet at a time to get it in the place I wanted to put it. I imagine the hay bale weighed about 80-100 lbs and I consider myself pretty strong because I actively lift weights.

These just arrived today! Haven’t had a chance to use them yet but they look pretty heavy duty! The color is just such a cool green too.

These are high quality and impressive. The business owner where I buy my hay and sees all sorts of hay bags mentioned how nice they were and asked about the price, he was like "wow" and requested my source. The next time I went in I saw them for sale in the retail section. One thing to note, I followed bad advice in other reviews and purchased the XL bags that are too big for 3 string bales.

I have only used this hay bag once on my last camping trip but I really like it. I like that it has handles in the middle and the ends. It looks like it would be waterproof. The zipper is nice and works well. It’s larger than my current hay bags.

Not only do I love this, the guy at my local feed store loves it too! It fits a bale of straw perfectly and is so tough that the wires don’t snag into it when they’re cut. The handles going underneath is very helpful!

I love this product, and I never even knew any such thing existed in the past. I use bales of hay for my rabbits, and keeping them out in the open means it's possible for insects or dust to get on there - this really works perfectly to keep it protected yet easy to access. The bag seems very sturdy and the zippers do too. To complete the picture, I bought some plant bases on wheels to put under the bag so that it is raised from the floor and easy to move around when I buy new hay to refill it. I have been using hay for a long time, and I never knew there were things like this designed to store it, but I do now, and I'm a very happy camper (or farmer).

Loads of room to easily fit a square farmer's bale with space to spare. Heavy duty material. All the staff at the country store remark on how superior it is compared with other products customers bring in.

This is well worth the extra cost. I use it daily to take steamed hay to my field in my car. The zips are strong ,the adjustable straps brilliant for either carrying in both hands or throwing over your shoulder and the fabric with breathing hole ideal for the job. I don't often write reviews but felt this deserved the time and encouragement to others to buy one

We've had hay bags before but they've never lasted. This one is great quality. Sturdy, strong, heavy duty zips and I love the colour!
