I purchased this horn as gift. I installed it on a friend's used/ new to him Hewes Craft fishing boat. Was simple ro install, and looks nice.

Great horn at a good price. Works very well and is loud - 106 db. Perfectly mounted on my boat without any issue. Several positions are possible to fit your boat. I like it.

After installation, it did not function. Of course packaging was gone before I put the batteries in and got ready for maiden voyage. If you buy this test it before you toss the packaging. Sad that it couldn’t survive the shipping.

Horn was super easy to install and works like a charm. Perfect replacement to my old horn that finally bit the dust.

I was replacing the existing horn which had rusted out. This new horn is identical to the old one, so the wiring was already in place. This made installation very quick and simple. The horn works fine but I can't comment on durability yet. The old horn, which is identical to this one, lasted about 5 years.

Easy to install, wiring very straight forward 2 wires. "Very Loud" may be invaluable if ever stranded and needing help or rescue.
