These have been good strings and have lasted me a good while. I don't play every day, so they've gotten me through several months. I will replace these with a new set of the exact same. Good action; not to rough on the fingers; good sound...a little bright on the top end depending on the pick used, but overall good sound.

I like the quality of these strings and the sound that these strings provide. I am using them on a 1936 Gibson F4 round hole mandolin. Because of instrument age I chose the light gage set to reduce tension on instrument. I recommend them.

These strings worked fine took awhile to stretch but now working fine would buy them again the brand name strings are always the best pay the extra price always because cheap strings are just that don't play well or sound right hope this helps.
