Bxgnip Mason Jar Opener works really well. I didn't want to spend too much money on this product and the price was right. I should have ordered one of these openers years ago. Lids pop right off and have no dents or bends.If you are considering this, do not hesitate. It is made well, will last a long time and takes those lids right off.

No complaints. I was tired of my kids opening my home-canned jars and just demolishing the lids bending them like crazy using jar pops and such because if the lid has no damage I will reuse them for uses other than officially canning with them. This thing is easy to use and works without bending or denting the lid at all. I also use it to pop the seal on commercially canned jars of things like pickles or relish and it does so easily and without damaging those lids. I am older and my hands aren't that strong so this is a useful feature for me.

Saw one being used on a canning video on uTubeLife changer, no more hurt fingernailsBetter still, can be used on store bought jars, just to break the seal, and then twist off easily.No more damp cloths or other easy open devices, works 1st time, more than can be said for the wonder devices.Can't praise highly enough, you just have to get over the price, but it's worth itConforms with my buy once cry once principal

I use this all the time for my freeze dried foods stored in mason jars. I air seal them back up each time i open them to take some product out and then reseal it. This opener doesn't damage the lids at all. I reuse the lids over and over again. excellent opener, I have recommended it to numerous people.

We do a lot of canning and freeze-drying, and put lots of things into vacuum sealed mason jars. Everyone was either hurting a fingernail or using a fork or a butter knife to pry off the lids, leaving a dented, useless lid. This came yesterday and my wife has used it. It works very well, and doesn't damage the vacuum seal lid on the jars, so they can be re-used. Good little device. This was one of the least expensive versions, and it works perfectly well.

This is that product that you didn't know you needed until you started using it.Now I literally can't live without it. Everyone kept recommending it and I avoided buying it because I was using something else that was ... adequate. But this is made to open home canned jars. And it is so much more than effective. Now I am recommending this item to every person who cans their own food.

Has been the only tool I've been able to use to open some jars. I'm so flipping weak compared to before the politicians decided my life and livelihood had less value than their votes.When my hands shake or I don't have the oomph to begin to tackle opening a jar, this has been a godsend. It has a couple of nifty tabs to lift the edge of the lid and break the seal. You can't then reuse the lid because it warps the seal, but fine if the lid is going into recycling anyway or if you are going to buy new lids.The whole thing is somewhat cheaply made with sharpish edges. I'd prefer that these had been polished off a tad. I guess the seller wants more profit than if it were made to say Oxo standards.I can't comment on it's lifespan.Best I've found so far. VFM questionable for that reason.Hopefully recyclable metal assuming it doesn't rust.

Great for mason jar lids. I still use a napkin between the lid and the opener...lack of trust obviously, but I do recommend this opener.

Works great! It pops off the mason jar lids real easy with very little effort. very happy with this no name Mason Jar Opener. And as it claims, it does no damage to the lids.
