I bought this to use in my Jeep, lol. It turns out that it's useful for smoking meat, most non-digital food thermometers don't have the low range accuracy this does. I recommend this for its multiple utilitarian uses. 5* for simplicity and usefulness.

I've recently had to repair my air conditioning unit in my 40 Ford. Won't mention the name of it as it was not the air conditioning unit's fault it broke. Anyway, the way I was monitoring the output air with a non-contact gun fluctuated high and low so I purchased 3 of these. Put one in each output levels on the unit.They worked great and and were far more accurate than the non-contact gun.

This is a great item to use to check the temperature in your vehicle after a/c repair to see how cool the vehicle is inside.

I use this to monitor the performance of my car’s air-conditioning system. in the winter, you can also see how the heating system is working. I leave it in the vent all the time.

Seems accurate, quick shipping. It's maybe a degree off from other thermometers I have but who knows which is off. I keep it stuck in the AC vent in my car, and it runs around 50 degrees while it's over 100 outside, Seems fine.

Works great, but the plastic window was very scratched and makes it a little harder to read.
