I have also used with oil or dusted with flour. I learned it was not necessary as I made a batch and didn’t add anything to the tray. The loaves came right out.Easy to wash with warm water and mild soap. Rolls out and easy to store.The pan works well and makes excellent tasing loaves.

It’s a little difficult to manuver once it has bread in it since it is bendable. If you make your loaves too big they will push over the sides since the pan is not hard sided. I think I would have preferred and traditional pan over this but I keep using it.
