Your cart is empty.Our MaxxHaul 50214 Spare Tire Carrier holds 4-lug (4 on 4" bolt pattern) and 5-lug (5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern) trailer wheels and are not compatible with 4 on 4-3/4" or 5 on 5" bolt pattern. My harbor freight trailer is cheaply priced and cheaply made. One of the first things I did by way of an upgrade was replaced the tires and add a spare tire with carrier. This carrier was easy to mount. It is made of thick steel and comes with heavy duty hardware. Having a spare tire on my trailer gives me peace of mind while going down the road.

Fit good for the tires we use. We have had some that didn't fit some rims correctly. We had to put pvc pipe on bolts to fit our trailer rails.

Easy to mount. Universal bolt pattern, comes with everything you need. Great value for the money. Not very heavy to hook up. One person can easily install. Drove across country with it and it was nice and stable on the trailer.

This is easy to install and works great on my trailer. I ended up buying some shorter bolts so there wasn't so much extra threads on the back end of the mount (they ship with long bolts!). However, the long bolts do make it a very versatile mount. Good product.

This is a solid piece of metal with good hardware for connecting it. It's relatively easy to install - just a few nuts and bolts. I wish I could use it, but when I install it on the trailer tongue, my tire ends up 6 inches below the bottom of the frame. My trailer tongue doesn't have 6" to spare. If I left it on, the tire would hit every low spot I crossed and tear up the tire or the hardware or the trailer (or all of them). It also sticks out a bit and shortens the distance between the tongue and the tailgate, so tight turns have new consequences. If you can place it higher on your trailer (or maybe further back), it would be a fine addition. If all you have is the frame near the tongue, you may want to consider something else.

Bought this as no where to put spare in trailer taking up too much space.This bracket is super sturdy. Comes with all bolts and easy to install. Perfect for my Haulmark 6X10. Lots of room to make turns in the trailer once installed.Bolts are a bit long so will cut them with a cut off grinder
