The winch appears to be of solid construction, lined-up and fit well. I added medium strength thread-locker to each bolt and assembled. Minor Issue: the rear, passenger side hole is not spaced far enough from the body of the winch (like the original) to allow for a box-end wrench to fit over the bolt during installation. However, in the end, it fit on my truck and did a great job. If you need a replacement winch - I would recommend this product: fast delivery and affordable solution.

OEM hoist had rusted and failed. Ordered this replacement, bolted right in, and works flawlessly. Installed on a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500.

Easy fit for my Ram 3500 dually. But it cannot raise the spare tire when cranking it up. Popping sounds like a gear is stripped. Extremely disappointed!

I haven't had it installed long (couple of weeks now) but so far, so good. It was a direct factory replacement and I had zero issues with the installation. TIP: the day before installation I advise you to spray some type of penetrating oil on the fasters to make them come loose more easily. Other than that, it's straightforward. Had mine installed in 20 minutes.
