This spring is not the correct measurement. It is one and a half inches long. They are over measuring the product. It is very thin and for light loads. This is not for weight-bearing at all.

Used it as a return spring on tool box lock on pickup truck. Too strong, not the spring's fault, just wrong application. Would be very adequate as a heavy duty return spring for light duty screen doors, etc.
