M-D Fixed Sill, In swing, 5-3/8 in Width, 36 in Length, 1-1/8 in Height, Vinyl, Aluminum Mill. Contractor grade threshold with 1-1/8-Inch fixed vinyl riser. Heavy duty aluminum and rigid vinyl design assures years of protection from the elements. Installing a threshold will help seal out drafts from the bottom of your door. A door sweep or door bottom is recommended to be used with this threshold to provide the best weather tight seal.

Really great product. I replaced the old one which was plastic where this one is solid oak. Stained it dark to match the floors. Highly recommend

Would have given 5 stars but screw package was not secured inside box and ended up making marks on the metal surface of threshold. Could have easily been prevented. Otherwise it looks and works great. I did have to trim a little bit off the metal corners to fit around existing door jam.

This is a really nice threshold. Easy to cut and I stained the wood to match the doors. Installs easily, if you know what you are doing. A big threshold that fits my door entryway with a little cutting. A good choice.

For the price, this threshold is quite disappointing. The part that shows has the screw holes gnarled out and gross looking (replace your drill bit on your machine!). Also, the wood used for the actual threshold piece is subpar and filled with knots that they simply drilled through. You then need to pound in the screw cams (t nuts) into the actual threshold, where the pre-drilled location is in the middle of knots, which ended up cracking. The board that shows is short on one end, the screw holes that you see are not equally spaced, shall I continue?? So....all the way around, terrible quality. Don't waste your money. Find a different product.

Threshold kit for 36 inch door. Giving 5 stars for availability and Amazon reliability. Kit lacked one major set screw but worked through it. Would have been nice to have an option with concrete anchors for garage door installation. Kit is nicely fitted with some cheap staples however. Makes a handsome installation without having to cut and drill component materials. It's a good kit for a guy like me with a few tools and you tube tutorials. It's level and tight and that's what matters.
