Ready to let imaginations take flight? Roger that! The Jet Pilot Interactive Dashboard features lights, buttons, switches, and sounds to keep kids engaged and immersed in exciting pretend-play adventures. An airplane steering yoke is mounted on a sturdy wooden cockpit dashboard with a snap-on windscreen that fits three double-sided, full-color destination scenes. A four-position throttle plays engine sounds and adjusts the speed of a scrolling map; turn the yoke to move a mini-plane in the scrolling display! Press and hold a button to record a message, and release to play back with voice change. Turn the destination dial to hear “hello” in six different languages (English, Mandarin, French, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic) and press the radio button for music from each destination (U.S., China, France, India, South America, and Africa). Other sound effects include turbo boost, night mode (changes the color of dials, too!), seatbelt, weather options, landing gear, and turning. Light-up dials include altimeter, horizon, heading, and airspeed indicators. Add to the pilot role play experience with the pretend play headset and a reusable takeoff and landing checklist. The dashboard, which has two volume options, requires three AA batteries, not included; the toy automatically turns off after approximately nine minutes of inactivity to prevent battery drain. This product is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits, and that forests are protected for future generations. My 2 and 3 year olds love this toy. Lots of buttons and they love steering the plane. I definitely think it’s worth it, but I also got it on sale. I think it is a good quality toy that will be fun to play with for a while. Perfect for littles starting their pretend play adventures.

The interactive dashboard was a big hit this year at Christmas. My two grandsons (3 and 2 1/2) loved playing with it and exploring the various buttons and features. They particularly liked the multi-language channels and voice recording features. The dashboard appears rugged enough to hold up to the hours of play that I'm sure it will get.

Purchased for our grandkids, age 2 & 3. This toy holds their attention for quite a while. Many buttons to push, pull with sound effects. A toy that might encourage them to become a pilot!

I got this when it was marked down between $30-$40 USD but I was holding off to purchase additional ones as gifts later on. It fluctuates between $32 and over $100 which is insane to me. We loved the toy until like many others, the rolling display got off track and is now just white paper. I’m planning to open it up to try and fix it but not thrilled I have to do that. After starting it up the first time I was worried it might happen and helped my toddler use it with care and the one time she used it with another guardian, it broke. We love all the button features and sounds. It’s not super heavy so it’s easy to move from room to room. I think if the pricing remained reasonable all the time this would sell more. Not sure if it’s a production issue or what but it’s frustrating how I have to watch this listing like a hawk!

My 4 and 6 yr old boys love this toy so much! It does have batteries unlike most Melissa and Doug products but none of the noise are obnoxious and I have never wanted to remove the batteries. It is so much fun and I wish I'd found it sooner.

Bought this for my plane mad toddlers 4th birthday. Its really sturdy and good quality . Its a great size to use either on a tabletop, or as my wee man does just on the floor. It makes noises and lights up, you get a headset to wear and you can even do a small voice recording. It is a fabulous toy and my little boy loves it!!!

Very thoughtfully made airplane simulator. I think 4-6 is the ideal age for this. If your child likes to pretend to be a pilot this is as good it gets
