Size is perfect to leave out, ready to use. Great for circulation and muscle tone. Vibration levels easy to adjust. Attached bands, great for arm workouts at same time.

Like the vibration plate. Helps my legs feel better but the remote was missing, thus the 3 star review.After contacting the seller they are sending a remote. Therefore I’m changing to a 5 star review.
