I’ve always had the hardest time making a burger patty that will stay in the shape. I’m trying to make it into but it always puffs up thick and it frustrates me when trying to make burgers. I saw this and I thought what the heck let’s try it. It’s inexpensive, if it doesn’t work, I can try to send it back and I’m so glad I did try because it works perfectly one at a time with paper so you can separate your formed patties and now when I make hamburgers, I will make several seasoned patties and use this to form them very firmly and the extra I put in the baggie, seal it up tight and freeze them until we want to grow burgers again and buy more expensive hamburgers from the grocery store. I can make my own at home and they come out exactly the way they should. I love this burger press!

I think one could do better by just shaping the burger by hand. It takes a lot of pressure to form a burger with this item. I don't want to knock this product, but it was faster for me to form and shape the burger myself. If you use this product, it would be helpful to weigh the meat so that you get a consistent end product.

Product works very well but patties tend to stick unless you oil the inside of the patty maker.Delivery was really quick - but delivered to the wrong address - fortunately I received a delivery for the other address, so we were able to swap!More care please Mr Amazon Driver!
