This transformer is a great price and unique that it has both 12VDC and 24VAC. Have used the 12VDC side of it. Only complaint is the weight - it's definitely one of the heaviest plug-in transformers i've seen/used. take that as good or bad; i've gone to a lighter one, although it doesn't have the dual voltage output.

Works with 12 and 24 volts allowed me to sworn my doorbell transformer over to an outlet then plug in.

I used DC output for charging pin pad for ring security system and it works fine. Delivery time was 5-6 days after ordering which is kind of long compared to other items ordered on Amazon.

I used this product as part of a hardwire power installation of my Ring alarm entry keypad. Worked great. It was bigger than I expected.

There was no current for 12V which is what I brought this transformer for. The 24V did have 27V of current.
