These pots are fairly lightweight, but have a thick bottom to distribute heat evenly. I've had limited usage, but so far, I'm impressed. They seem to heat evenly even on my crappy coil electric stove. The instructions that came with them say that they are dishwasher safe, but that harsh detergents will degrade the ceramic coating. I intend to just wash them by hand. I recommend these pots for everyday household cooking, not for commercial use.

Love this pan!! I use it almost every day!It is larger than a sauce pan, and perfect for things such as making fudge where the sides need to be a little higher.It is a little bigger around that a sauce pan in this same brand, but has twice as high sides which makes it perfect for things like mac and cheese and such. It is not so heavy that you can not lift the pan, so that is also a bonus.

I have had this type of cooking pots and pans for a short time and they are fantastic. Especially the non stick, easy clean and can take a scratching without damage features. The price is also well worth it.

Didn’t read the reviews so didn’t know the little pot didn’t work on induction but it’s ok cos I really wanted the bigger 2 anyway they work great.
