Most cooks know about the Microplane grater that's shaped like a ruler, basically. It's an essential tool. But it's easier to use for grating carrots or longer things, not round things like lemons or limes.This gadget is so well-designed. It fits in the cup of your hand and comes apart easily for quick, thorough cleaning. Glad I happened to find it while looking for something else. Highly recommended.

I do love this little gadget when I only need a little lemon zest, and it is easy enough to clean, but I have to wonder how long it will hold up and stay sharp! It is comfortable to use though, and this brand is usually exceptional quality!

My only complaint is the size but it zested a whole lemon. So easy and clean to use. Strips stay contained until ready to use. Highly recommend.

Compare to traditional zester, it works much better and the reservoir make a huge difference, i only wish the blad was a bit sharper.

So so easy to use. Should have bought one years ago. So simple to quickly remove and collect the rind from lemons, limes and oranges, for baking etc. plus it doesn’t collect the sour pith. Highly recommend. Speedy delivery too..
