Somewhat difficult to change sides for the mouthpiece! It really depends upon which side the user has a connection for the headphones. Not everyone plugs on a left side and it could have to do with the setup of the device connection. The device was on the right so we had to change the connection to the right side with a degree of difficulty! Any manufacturer of headsets should make a wired connection so that the connection can easily be made either right or left side of the user! It was not possible to move the device over to the left due to a partition on the desk.

This headset is amazing! The sound is clear , and the noise canceling feature blocks out all distractions, it’s very comfortable to wear for long periods , and the fit is adjustable.Great for work or just enjoying music ..Highly recommend!

**update** THEY DO NOT BLOCK BACKGROUND NOISES......CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE CAN HEAR THE MUSIC. MOVIE'S OR TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND.I bought this for work to dampen the noise around me and so I can hear when in the phone. Sound quality is great and microphone is crystal clear however, my ears hurt after about an hour of wearing them. Not sure what it is about them but no matter how I adjust them they just hurt after some time of wearing them.

Pros - nice, comfortable.Cons - The volume, when I turn down to volume 2 on the work laptop it still appears as talkers on the other end are loud. I have to remove one side of the headset from my ears, it's just too loud for me. Also, there is an issue when you connect to a Teams call where if you select mute before joining the Teams call the speaker does not mute. I have re-mute it again, which is annoying as I do not want any potential noise to be heard on my end. I can't control my others out side of my home with their loud music, cutting grass and etc. I have to always double check to make sure I am on mute but sometimes I forget to check.

Unfortunately, this headset is not noise cancelling when I thought it was. I was on a conference call and was unmuted when my dog started barking. Thinking these were noise cancelling, no one could hear the dog….., one of the attendees asked what kind of dog I had! Will be throwing these in the trash.
