I've tried a few bottles, so far with limited success, but it's a learning curve. I'm going to perfect it eventually. It's a well made product.

It's a good cutter. As a fitter and welder, I thought the design, using two different sized allen key sizes and a variety of butterfly nuts and ordinary nuts was cumbersome and badly designed. That said, if you enjoy using two Allen's, a wrench and your fingers, you'll enjoy it. The kit came with everything, including spare cutter and rubber bands. Now I have to work out how to get the hot cold water treatment to break my thicker wine bottles. The unit scores it well, but it's a bugger to get to crack on the line.

My son loved this! Wanted to be able to makeGlasses out of whiskey bottles. Awesome!

It cuts the glass a bit but not enough. The idea is great the execution not so much. I tried every trick I could google and it just never cracked right to make glasses or anything else for that matter. Run save yourself. It's too late for me and my wallet.

This is the most bad thing that I ever bought, you should be so strong to cut a bottle with this, I tried and I can’t.I’m so frustrated, I bought thiysince October so now I can’t return this

the company did issue a full refund for the product even though it was past the return window I’m still not satisfied with the actual product, but customer service was extremely helpful and honored their product and customer.
