I have limited space in my basement and chose this in place of a weight bench. I can do split squats, 200lb hip thrusts, step ups, you name it. Dupe for the over priced Bret Contreras one. It’s so light but can handle weight!

I've had this hip thrust bench for a couple of weeks already. And I gotta say, I'll definitely lean more towards products from the MIKOLO brand in the future. The quality of this bench is truly top-notch and can hold up under scrutiny. Sure, you can't expect a product that costs less than a hundred bucks to be flawless. But when I was doing my home workouts, it held my weight like a champ! Especially the anti-slip strap on the bottom, I'm just crazy about it! Can't wait to see more high-quality stuff from them!
