Great build quality and heat output. Can rest pointing straight up for cooling or working hands free. Wire hanger loop on the handle is great for storage or hands free suspended use applications.

The tool is fine for a dual temperature tool, but the title falsely states that it's "variable temperature"

We purchased two of these and both went out. They work great for a couple months and then start to rattle before they go out completely. We weren’t able to return through Amazon since it was passed that return/replacement window.

We purchased this heat gun 3 1/2 months ago and it already stopped working. I do not recommend.
