I waited for days as I needed this product, and after it arrived to me yesterday, before the specified date, which was 9/7, I was surprised that the product was used and had cracks..!!!! I know that Amazon does not approve of such transgressions. In conclusion, who will compensate for my delay???

Junk. The set screw was already stripped when I got it. Never able to use it. The bit was loose so I tried to tighten it with the provided Allen key and it just spins in the hole. Very disappointed.
