Each pair I received had no spring to them. I returned several times to get a good pair. Then I had issues with Amazon recharging my account stating they didn't receive my return, when in fact the order status clearly stated the returned item had been received.If the product had been a quality product to begin with, I wouldn't have had to deal with what I did with Amazon.

There is a ridge one side. So it didn’t close flat. I make jewelry and this flaw affects my workmanship.

Product works ok. My only issue with the pliers is that I find the tip to be a little wide for smaller chain loops
