I know this is a long review but if you're on the fence about buying (I know they're not cheap) please read on to see why I really REALLY recommend these. If you're reading this review and don't need a lot of convincing, click add to cart and buy them. Right now.Over the last # of years I've easily had 40+ orphaned babies (kittens) that I've bottle fed.I have used a lot of the available products (which are not high in number) and out of all of them I would give these little guys 1000 stars if I could. Bottle babies are already at a disadvantage not having mom and her milk, and trying to get them to eat is often a challenge. These are fantastic for the following reasons:1. The wide, low, flat base and small tapered nipple is so much closer to what they'd have with mom. The typical "kit" bottle nipples are just mini versions of human bottle nipples, which are made specifically for how human babies nurse. These are made with the idea of nursing mammals and keeps their physiology in mind2. This is a HUGE one for me; these are PRE-PUNCTURED.If you've ever used the :small animal" bottle kits they come with unpunctured nipples. They give you instructions to "poke a hole" like it's as simple as 1+1=2. In reality you are actually dealing with quantum mechanics and 1+1= the square root of purple cow. No matter what you poke the hole with (needle, hot paperclip, razor blade, steak knife, ice pick, hammer & nail, industrial laser, etc...) you end up with a nipple that either they can't suck on hard enough to get milk out of or you're drowning them in it.These little pre-punched holes seem to be pretty consistently a good size for the littlest of littles to the "almost eating real food" kittens.PRE.PUNCTURED.NIPPLES people.Worth every penny you pay for them.3. With some patience and nipple squishing skills you can put these bad boys in the ring for the small animal bottles that come in the aforementioned kit. Personally I really like this bc you have the advantage of the bottle volume coupled with the awesomeness of this nipple. This package came with a syringe that's made for these nipples but my foster kittens and I struggled with it. They couldn't suck quite hard enough to move the plunger and I'm so afraid of them aspirating I didnt want to compress the plunger for them. It probably is a great item if you can make it work for you, I just couldn't get it to work for me4. I have yet to have a bottle baby that has refused this nipple or struggled with it. We had immediate and full success (which if you've done much fostering you know is not something you see often). Obviously this will not be a fix-all for poor feeders but it at least takes away one more barrier5. They're easy to clean and don't tend to clog like your "self punched" nipples from the kits. If you use a plastic ring from a bottle kit I would definitely make sure to take the nipple out each time to sterilize both pieces because it fits very snugly against the plastic ring and they don't always get completely clean when they're left together6. They are pretty dang durable. As littles start getting teeth the other nipples seem to get bitten through pretty easily. I'm guessing the shape of this nipple coupled with the low/flat base help avoid this issue (or maybe it's dark magic, I dont know). My last orphaned litter had 5 babies and I rotated through three nipples between cleaning/feeding. Not one of them looks like they've been used hardly at all and will all be used again for x# of litters to come. Believe me, I washed these things and sterilized them HUNDREDS of times with frequent feedings and lots of babies and they still look like I just took them out of the packageIn summary: Buy these. Buy them now. Use them to feed the littles. Rejoice happily at the excellent purchase you made.

Miracle nipples are the best for kittens, the only drawback is the cost is higher but you get what you pay for. Don't fall for look a likes, spend the extra for the better quality.

We are fostering a 2 week old kitten. With the very first feed with the MN, our kitten latched on, and drank her fill of formula in short order, no hesitation. The shelter supplied us with the PetAg kit and we also received a Four Paws bottle and nipple. With the other brands you need to cut a hole, which is an imprecise process, to say the least and the nipples have no resemblance to what a cat's teat would be like. These are worth the investment. They will save you and the kitten lots of frustration. You can use them with a bottle as well as the supplied syringe and the material is sturdier. You will need to keep an eye on wear as the kittens start to grow teeth and gnaw. If you are even thinking of bottle feeding kittens, get these to have on hand. You will be so pleased!!!

I've used miracle nipples, and I've used a few generic copycat brands as well. I do neonatal kitten fostering, and good nipples are a must! The one thing about these that none of the generic ones have been able to match is these nipples can be made to fit on ANY pet nurser bottle or ANY syringe! The generic versions seem to only fit certain bottles or syringes. I will probably still always buy generic ones as back ups, but these are my go to for first choice! They last for so long. I still have some I'm using that I've had for 4 years now. They're starting to lose their flexibility, but I've gotten 4 years and several kittens out of them! You get what you pay for!

Honestly how can anyone working with kittens from breeders to vets to rescue be without these. Never knew a kitten to refuse one. Great item.

The miracle nipple is just that, a miracle. If you've ever tried feeding an orphaned kitten with a syringe or even a baby bottle made for kittens you will appreciate the miracle nipple. The baby kittens take it so much better and when they lock on their little ears move back and forth as they drink. The nipples come with a hole in the tip so there's no guessing how much to cut off like the regular nipples. They can take some chewing from little teeth but they can ruin it if the chewing persists. Still better than regular nipples. They are easy to wash out and lasts through many kittens. The best value for the price is buying the syringe with multiple nipples. This is my second purchase of the miracle nipple and I highly recommend it to anyone hand feeding a kitten or other small orphaned baby animals.

These put an end to fighting with traditional bottles for raising a litter of kittens! They immediately started suckling! These will fit in the traditional kitten bottle and THEY COME WITH THE HOLE ALREADY DONE! Perfect flow every time, no nipple confusion battles, truly a life saver!

These are the BEST nipples for kittens or baby raccoons! We use them at our rescue and these are hands down the best nipples. You can buy bigger ones for puppies.

I got these for hopefully feeding jeuvenile red and grey squirrels and found I wasn't able to use them. Even the larger greys choke on the milk as they get too much each time they suckle because of the size of the hole in the nipple - as I only rehabilitate small wild animals they were of no use to me....
