Had a Kohler in my shower. Kohler would always leak out water from bottom during shower this decreasing shower pressure. This thing seals tightly and now provides full pressure. Looks great too and installation was a breeze.

This thing is fantastic. It is well made, looks great and most importantly works as it should with no leaks. When you pull the diverter valve for the shower ALL the water goes to the shower head with no loss of pressure or wasted water. Installation could not be any easier. If you are struggling with a leaking diverter valve like I was, get this, it just works. Five stars all the way baby!

Most of tub spouts with diverters attached to the threaded nipple in the tub rough-out. This one is a slip-on, with a screw that tightens a collar around the nipple only a few millimeters from the base. I roughened the nipple with a bit of emery cloth and put just a tiny bit of plumber's putty there to help it grab the nipple. In a month it hasn't leaked at all and the diverter engages fine. The screw to tighten the collar is not painted, though I colored it black with a Sharpie, and sticked out of the right side of the diverter near the base.

Looks good, easy installation but shower head leaks even when spout is closed .

Used this to replace my old-school pull-up tub diverter spout which leaked a ridiculous amount of water. This one doesn't leak at all when the shower diverter is activated. Very pleased.
