My lawn needed some help and I needed to get some air to my soil. This was easy to ask le and to use once setup. It is a functional design to help make it easy to make the holes and it doesn’t not weigh a lots easy to clean afterwards and I was able to finish the job with speed.

Nice tool for small yard areas where you want to aerate. Takes some time because of the manual tool and size even for a small yard. In other words, it's work to do. Only annoying feature was the tool comes in two pieces that screw together which sometimes comes loose during usage.

It's made quite well, however doesn't serve the purpose of aerating the soil. It makes quite small holes, that are not large enough to actually make the impact. The one positive thing is that the dirt doesn't get stuck like it does in my other aerator that has hollow puncture. This product would be better if it had the spikes a bit bigger,

The lawn needed a good aeration so I had I hopes for the MIXXIDEA when I purchased it. The soil was very tough so I also purchased a liquid aerator (I didn't know that was a thing) to soften the soil before poking holes. Anyways, the MIXXIDEA was working great for 1st 15' and then where the handle shaft screws together the shaft broke. It might be a good option to offer a solid shaft for a higher price to avoid breakage. So I sent the MIXXIDEA Aerator back and purchased a high quality one from the hardware store for $5 more.

I like the ease of use. I dont like how the handle doesnt align with the bottom but doesnt hinder performance. Still not a bad tool for the price. As for clogging, just make sure to clean with hose after use. It does get clogged but doable. appearance is what you see in the description/photo. On the shorter side but a good size tool. Non adjustable.

I must of read a bunch of bs reviews on this when I got it because it does not work well in any condition of lawn . A sucker is born every minute and I had my minute . Beware !
