This is an OEM replacement for the innards of a Moen faucet valve. It got to me in good condition and in a reasonable time. Instructions are pictographs with a little text, easy to follow for experienced DIY types.

Well manufactured faucet replacement parts. Being a new part, suggest lubricating the inside threads of the grey plastic collar piece before installing onto faucet.

Our 12-year old Moen faucet had a broken level mechanism - the metal part where the faucet handle attached to the cartridge. As an older faucet, the kit required was Moen part "Level Mechanism Kit" 101957, which is no longer manufactured. On a third-party supply site I learned that this kit 102568 serves as a replacement for 101957. Ordered from Amazon, part arrived in 2 days, fit perfectly. Tap is as good as new. I will say, Moen does have a warranty/guarantee that may consider this part eligible. I am aware warranty replacement does take several weeks which is why I ordered from Amazin.
