I ordered an extra small, which is the 14" in this choke collar, yet it was still too big for her. It slid on and off her head with little to no effort from me, and if she looked down from a standing position, it fell to the ground immediately. It is of good strong quality with solid links. In order to size it down, it would be more trouble than I care to put into such an inexpensive item. It would take a cutting wheel to break one of the links, and a smooth pretty weld to repair. My welds are ugly and rigid. At best it would be uncomfortable for her to wear. I will save it until she grows into the collar. For reference; she weighs 10 lbs. I chose this collar for style purposes only. I, personally, think this version is well suited for a pitty's anatomy structure. It's a statement piece that says, "I'm a badass!" It can also be a very effective tool for an uncontrollable dog at times. One swift pull; and you have their full attention.

I'm glad this relatively inexpensive collar is good quality. Sometimes you get good quality at a fair price. This is one of those times.

I bought this for my chocolate lab puppy and she's rough on collars - but this one is very well made and durable. It looks great too - I bought her the gold one. I highly recommend it.

Super cute and fits well, but the fake metal coloring is wearing off already around where his tag goes.

I really like this color, however, it was too big for my pup so I had to return it

I read several reviews by professional dog trainers, and veterinarians that stated that the use of this choke chain was cruel and dangerous to use for training your dog. It can damage the dogs neck, trachea, and vertebrae. In addition to being a painful way of treating your dog. It is an outdated relic of the old school of trying attack dogs.
